Terms and Conditions

Appointment & Cancellation

  • We highly recommend that you book your treatments at least 2 days in advance to ensure that your preferred time slot is available.

  • If you would like to request for certain masseuse, you may do so at the time of reservation, subject to availability.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to have time to change & ensure that you receive the full duration of our Body massage or Foot massage service.

  • If it's your first at Super 8 Spa, please allow additional time to fill out a consultation form before the service session. 

  • Late arrivals may be subjected to reduced treatment time.

  • All appointments made, the spa will wait for the customer for a maximum of 15 mins from the appointment time.

  • Beyond that, the spa will give the slot up for other customers. Thus please help by contacting us at least half an hour before, should you be late for the appointment or wish to cancel it. 

  • Super 8 Spa reserves the right to turn away any customer arriving without prior reservation. 

Exchange & Refund

All services preformed are non-refundable. As part of the service guarantees, our Spa will allows the customer to request for change of masseuses within the first 10 minutes of the service.

For our package customers, our Spa :​

  • only provides refund if the Spa ceases operations, if the Spa discontinues the provision of the services(s) indicted in the package.

  •  if the customer provides a medical document from a Singapore-registered doctor (under Singapore Medical Council) certifying that he/she is unfit for the further massage sessions provided under the package bought.

In the above cases, the Spa will refund any remaining unused treatment sessions (exclude any free treatment sessions that may come with the package) to the customer.

  • does not allow customer who purchased a package to transfer it to another person.


For our pay-per-use customers,

  • as part of our service guarantee, for customers who decide not to continue with the treatment for any reason, they can inform the therapist within the first 10 mins of the treatment session. For such cases, any payment collected before the treatment session will be refunded to the customers in full.


Our Spa collects payment upfront, that is before the treatment session.

Special Consideration

Customers who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, implants of any kind, pregnant or any other medical or health conditions are advised to consult your doctors before signing up for any treatment services. You are required to declare your medical and health condition to the Super 8 Spa consultant before any treatment is preformed on them.

Security

Super 8 Spa is committed to maintain no locking device for all doors to their massage or treatment rooms. For safety & security reasons, please do not bring valuables to the Spa. Super 8 Spa shall not be held responsible for any loss of personal valuables.

Mode of Payment

We accept Cash, VISA, Master and Nets. Only Singapore currency is accepted by the Spa.
